Bai Mu Dan - White Peony
Bai Mu Dan's white tea production is short and sweet, but the precision and complexity required corresponds well to the tea's wonderfully stimulating aroma. While white teas are generally more famous in the western world for being naturally caffeine-free*, this Bai Mu Dan's calming and well-rounded taste will shine first. * Bai Mu Dan like many white teas does not release caffeine like most other teas, and even makes a great drink before bed! It is difficult to say that it does not have any caffeine, but simply handles it very differently. That does not seem to stop the hype however! Yishan Teashop - Offering you the finest White Tea on the net. Then pour on the hot water again and let steep for 1-2 minutes. Decant and serve, or drink straight from the cup! Increase the steeping time gradually with each additional infusion.
