Identity Verification

To provide top tier security for our customers, we reserve the right to request identity verification via fax/email. If we do not receive verification of identity via fax within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery times for International orders

Yishan Teashop normally picks, packs and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Our Express Shipping: Not including holidays and weekends, you order should arrive in 3-5 business days from the day it is shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to the ordering email address provided once the order ships.
