Once you have created an account on Yishan Teashop, you will be able to access your account information through the "my account" link. My account is where we keep all the information that's relevant to you — like your billing address, your order history and your return history. You can access My Account at any time and update your information. By keeping this information up-to-date, you'll be able to place faster orders.
You can always get to "my account" by clicking on the link in the top navigation or at the bottom navigation on every page in the site.
Here's what you can do by using "my account":
- change your password
- update your billing or shipping address
- check the status of an order
- see your complete order history
- view the status of any returned items
- choose to receive (or not receive) emails from Yishan Teashop and our partners
Your password is your key to your personal information on Yishan Teashop - including your account information and your order information. Please keep this in a safe, secure place and do not share your password with others.
If you forget your password, we can e-mail it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:
- Click on my account located in the top navigation bar
- Directly under the password field is a link that says "help, i forgot my password"
- You will be taken to the password helper screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address
- Once you've typed in your email address, click the "Get Your Password" button
- An email will be sent with a temporary password; for security purposes, your original password is reset by our system
- Log back onto the site and continue to shop
- When you're ready to check out, simply use the temporary password.
- You can change your temporary password by clicking on "edit" under my account
To protect your security, Yishan Teashop.com will automatically delete any credit card informationonce an order is shipped.
Note: If you'd like to change your email address, please send an email to CustomerService@YishanTeashop.com, including your email address, password and the new email address you wish to use. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address as soon as your change has been processed.
