Fu Xi Green
Often one of the complaints we receive regarding Chinese high-end green teas is the fact that they are often very gentle and therefore don't do well in markets already accustomed to cheap bagged greens. Luckily there are a few really wondrous green teas that we highly respect, yet we consider them much more robust as they can show a lot of flavor on the surface as well as within. Fu Xi Green is exactly that kind of tea. It is indeed very delicious. Those who are accustomed to our blended greens might recognize this picking as a higher grade from the same base teas. Glass Most would never associate a small glass with Chinese tea-making, but it truly is the most ideal vessel for teas that you must see to appreciate (greens, whites etc..) mouse over icons to see instructions Instructions: For gongfu-style tea tasting, first pour more than enough water to cover the bottom, then drop in roughly two teaspoons of leaves (usually about 6g for a regular-size Gaiwan or small glass). Then pour on the hot water again and let steep for 30-60 seconds. Decant and serve, or drink straight from the cup! Increase the steeping time gradually with each additional infusion.
