Imperial Gate Pearl A
Blossoming teas, often called blooming teas or art teas, are a display of beauty just as much as they are a delicious and rejuvenating beverage. As soon as one of these tightly tied tea balls is met with hot water the blossoming process begins. Slowly and delicately the ball opens up and releases the hand-made display of flowers and tea leaves upwards. The end result is something truly wonderful and certainly worthy of a few party favors or as an excellent gift. The Imperial Gate Pearl Blossom is made up of a bridge of jasmine flowers covering a globe amaranth atop a yellow Chrysanthemum flower. The green tea leaves are made from high grade large leaf tea buds and are tied into a basket shape. All blossoms at Yishan Teashop are hand-tied and fully hand-made works of art. We stand by both the quality of flowers contained within just as much as we do for the high grade of green tea used in the process. Although many designs are often common in the Chinese tea world, we have full control of all tea and flower ingredients and have had our blossoming teas made according to our own specifications and grading choices.
